REES, JAMES.  
Uwchlan Township. 
Occupation: Yeoman.
Written: April 17, 1752.  
Proved: January 17, 1758.  
Will Book D, Page 102.

Provides for wife Jane including that part of lands now leased to
Thomas Marten during life and after her decease to daughter Elizabeth,
wife of Daniel John of Uwchlan.  Also all other real estate during life
and then to her son James John.  To Friends of Uwchlan Meeting £5.
Discharges stepson John Roberts from all debts due from him.  To
daughter Elinor, wife of Thomas Evans, household goods after wife's
decease and all other personal estate. 

Executors:  Daughters Elizabeth John and Elinor Evans. 
Wit:  Awbrey Roberts, Thomas Martin, Morris Rees.
