Directs that the land at Opeckin in Virginia be secured at cost of estate and be kept until sons Aaron and William come to age and be equally divided between them. Remainder divided among all children who are not named "but if son Aaron shall not come to the possession of that estate in London or Scotland in monies or lands then he shall have a double share of what is to be divided."
