To son John the plantation his father left when he is 21, also stock. 
To my grandson John Broom £20 when of age. 
Remainder equally to daughters Ann Willis and Hester Broom.
Executors: brother Wm. Webb of Kennett and James Broom of Wilmington, Delaware. 
Cod gives to Ann Smith daughter of my now husband Thomas Smith £10 out of the 
estate of my former husband John Willis.
Witnesses: Saml. Hollingsworth, Joseph Way.
