Will of William Y Stackhouse

East Whiteland Dec 1st 1909
I William Yardley Stackhouse in the County of Chester , and State of 
Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and memory and understanding , do make my last 
Will and Testament, in manner and form following.
First.  I bequeath to my brother John Stackhouse, the sum of one dollar ($1.00)
Second. I give, devise, and bequeath to my brother, Asaph Stackhouse, all my 
effects both personal and real estate that I may die possessed of.  To hold as 
his own, with the desire that the real estate be not sold.
Lastly.  I hereby appoint Asaph Stackhouse (my brother) executor to this my last 
Will and Testament.  All other Wills are hereby revoked.  In witness whereof I 
William Yardley Stackhouse, the testator, have to this my last Will, and 
Testament set my hand and seal this 21st day of December 1909

and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence 
and at his request and in presence of each other have subscribed our names.
