Proved: September 1, 1753.  
Will Book C, Page 454.

To wife Margaret 1/3 of all estate.  Remainder to all children in equal
shares.  Eldest son Thomas, sons John, Isaac, William and daughter Mary,
sons Samuel and Moses, real estate not to be sold until necessary in
judgment of Executors. 

Executors:  Wife Margaret and her brother Samuel Lightfoot. 
Wit:  Benjamin Lightfoot, Thomas Parvin.
