To brother Hugh Lownes that part of plantation where I now dwell lying on west side of road leading from Springfield Meeting House to Chester, also stock, etc., he paying to my sister Sarah Lownes 600 pennyweight of pure gold, to my sister Alice, wife of William Temple, 300 pennyweight of gold, 300 pennyweight of gold, to sister Mary Lowens 300 pennyweight of gold, to Elizabeth Redman 41 1/2 pennyweight of gold being a debt and not a legacy. To brother George Lownes part of plantation lying on east side of above road, paying to bound girl Mary Conoby, 30 pennyweight of gold when free. Executor: Brother Hugh. To James, son of my niece Isabella Barnard, messuage, etc. whereon I now dwell purchased of Jonas Preston, also lot bought of David Cowpland. Until the eldest son of said James shall be 21, whom I desire to be baptised by minister of Church of England by name James Day Barnard. To niece Isabella Barnard and her daughter Hannah £20 each and to my faithful servant Thomas Manly £10. To Samuel, son of my nephew James Day, £80 being part of the money his father owes me and £80 to his son James Day, part of same money.
