Term 1899 In the Matter of the Estate of Juniatta Dolby Petition for Guardian At an Orphans Court held at Clarion in and for the Couty of Clarion on the 18 day of Dec. 1899 Was presented the petition of Juniatta Dolby respectfully represents: That your petitioner is a minor child of Louis Frantz late of Highland Township in said county, deceased, above the age of fourteen years, resident within said county and she no guardian to take care of her person and estate, and that there is a personal estate all of which will probably be consumed in the payment of debts, therefore prays the court to admit her to make choice of a guardian for the purpose aforesaid. And she will ever pray &C. Dated Dec. 18, 1899. Jaunie Dolby And now Dec. 18, 1899 the court appoint John Dolby guardian of said minor and direct that he give bond in the sum of One hundred Dollars, with surety to be approved by the Court.
