Deed Bk 11, P 458-9 DEED John Brinker & wife To David Swab This Indenture made the eighteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty three, Between John Brinker of Porter Township Clarion County and Elizabeth his wife, parties of the first part and David Swab party of the second part, Witnesseth: the the said John Brinker and Elizabath his wife for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and eighty six dollars and thirty cents to them in hand paid by the said David Swab at and before the sealing and delivery hereof, the receipt and payment whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted bargained and sold aliened, enfeoffed, releaseded and confirmed and by these presents to grant bargain and sell alien, enfeoff, release and confirm unto the said David Swab his heirs and assigns, all that certain lot or piece of land situate in Limestone Township, Clarion County and bounded as follows viz: Beginning at a white oak, thence by land sold to William Conu__ South forty two perches to a post thence by other land of the said David Swab, South eighty nine degrees east fifty four perches to a post, North fifty five perches to a post, Thence by land sold to William Hime South Seventy nine degrees West fifty five perches to the place of Beginning. Containing fifty acres and eighty four perches be the same more or less, with an allowance of three per cent, (It being a part of a larger tract of land which Anna Mary Bryan and Margret S Bryan did sell and convey unto John Brinker his heirs and assigns by deed dated the 17th day of February 1848, recorded in the office for recording deeds in Clarion County in Deed Book B, page 593) Together with all and singular the rights, liberties priveleges, Hereditaments and appurtenances hereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining: To have and To Hold, the said described lot or piece of land, Hereditaments and premises with the appurtenances unto the said David Swab his heirs and assigns to and for the only proper use benefit and behoof of him the said David Swab his heirs and assigns forever. And the said John Brinker and Elizabeth his wife for themselves their heirs executors and administrators do hereby covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said David Swab, his heirs and assigns that the said described lot or piece of land Hereditaments and premises hereby granted and sold with the appurtenances unto the said David Swab his heirs and assigns they the said John Brinker and Elizabeth his wife and their heirs shall and will warrant and forever defend against all and every person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof. In Witness whereof the said John Brinker and Elizabeth his wife, have hereunto set their hands and seals the date herein first before written.
