I Peter Dunkle of the township of Perry County of Clarion and State of Pennsylvania & being in the decline of life by of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at anytime heretofore made. As to such estate as it hath pleased me with I dispose of the same as follows. I give and bequeath to my two sons Joseph Dunkle and Jacob Dunkle all the stock and farming untensils which I may have at the time of my decease, I also give and devise too my said two sons Joseph Dunkle and Jacob Dunkle my two acre lot of Limestone and coalstone which I purchased from George Seigworth situated in the Township County and State aforesaid, "Bounded on the East by lands of heirs of Michael Dunkle, on the West by same on the south by same on the North by Jacob Best. I direct that my executors hereafter named shall as soon after my decease as practicable sell at either public or private sale as to those may seem most advisable my farm on which I now reside situated in the Township County and State aforesaid Bounded on the East by lands of Kearney’s heirs, on the West by same, on the North by lands of John Logue and on the South by lands of Robert Bell and heirs of Michael Dunkle, this sale is subject to a Lease agreement hearing date August 23 A.D. 1878 made by me to my two sons aforesaid the farm above described containing one hundred and eight acres of land be the same more or less. I direct that my funeral expenses be paid out my share of the grain^raised on my farm as per ? referred to above, the balance of my said share of the grain^so raised ? Remaining I give and bequeath to my daughter Ruth intermarried with David Graham. I also give and bequeath to my said daughter my household and kitchen furniture. I direct-that out of the proceeds of my real estate hereinbefore described for sale first shall be paid a judgment exeception not bearing even date with this my last will which my son Joseph Dunkle holds against me calling for nine hundred and thirty-one dollars, also one other judgment execuption note bearing same date which my son Jacob Dunkle holds against me calling for six hundred dollars. The remainder of the proceeds of my estate I give and bequeath as follows. To the children of my daughter Fanny intermarried with Joseph Irwin, now deceased one half share to remain in the hands of my executors hereinafter named until the are of lawful age to receive the same the balance of my estate I give and bequeath to my daughter Susan intermarried with Jacob Best, to my son Michael Dunkle to my daughter Maragret intermarried with George Polum to mt son Joseph Dunkle to my daughter Ruth aforesaid to my son Jacob Dunkle and to my daughter Maria intermarried with Adam Davis share and share alike And I do herely constitute and appoint my two sons Joseph dunkle and Jacob Executors of this my last will and testament. In witness Where of I Peter Dunkle the Testator have to this my will set myhand and seal this 3 day of January A.D. 1881. Signed, Sealed, published and declared Peter Dunkle seal by the above named Peter Dunkle as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names at his request as witness here to in the presece of the said testator and of each other Robert Bell, John Bell Clarion County  SS. Before me S. J. Burgoon, Register for the Probate of wills and granting Letter of Administration in and for the county of Clarion personally came Robert Bell & John Bell he subscribing Witnesses to the foregoing will, who being duly sworn according to Law do say that they were present and saw and heard Peter Dunkle, later of Perry Township, declared the Testator therein names, sign, seal publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for this last Will and Testament, and that at the time of so doin he was of sound mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief. Robert Bell, John Bell Sworn and subscribed before me this 23 day of September A.D. 1882 S.J. Burgoon, Register Clarion County SS We do swear that as Executors of the forgoing Last Will and Testament of Peter Dunkle, deceased, we will well and truly Administer the goods and chattels, rights and credits of said deceased, according to law and dilligently and faithfully regard, and well and truly comply with the provisions of the Law relating to collateral Inheritances.
