I George Best of the township of Licking Clarion County, State of Pennsylvania being weak in body but of sound mind memory and understanding. do make and publish this my last Will and Testatement in manner and form following, that is to say. First, It is my will and I do order that as soon as convenient after my decease, all my just debts funeral expenses and the proving of this will, be fully paid out of my personal estate. Item I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth all my estate real, personal and mixed or weresoever the same may be, for her own use and benefit during her natural life if she should survive me. And whatever shall remain of my personal Estate after the decease of my said wife shall be sold by my Executors hereinafter named without appointment either at public or private sales. And as for my real estate the same shall be sold by my Executors as soon as convenient after decease of my said wife in one two or more lots either at public or private sale, and at such time or times as they may thing best either for ready money or on credit and for the best price they can get for the same. And for that purpose I authorize and empower my said Executors, or the survivor of them to sign, seal, execute, ackowledge all such deed or deeds of conveyance as may be requisite and necessary for the granting and assuming of the same to the purchaser or purchasers thereof ? simple, at any time when a sale shall be made by my executors of any of my estate either Real or personal the money arising therefrom shall be by my Executors equally divided to and amongst all my children share and share alike, after paying all necessary expenses And lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my two sons William and John to be the Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making all former wills legacies and bequests by me at anytime heretofore made and issueing this and no other to be my last Will and Testament.
