Will Book A FHLC 1317278, item 2; p.325 I Algeo SAYERS of Porter Township, Clarion County, being weak in body, of sound mind and retentive memory and being desirous while thus capacitated to settle my worldly business; I for that purpose do make and delcare this as my last will and testament And First, I order all my just debts to be paid together with my funeral expenses. And to my wife Martha I bequeath the share out of my whole estate, as directed by laws of the commonwealth of Penna., that is the same that she would have been entitled to receive, had I died Intestate. And to my son Chambers I bequeath the sum of $100 to be paid him four years after my decease, and to my son John R. I bequeath the sum of $100 to be paid five years after my decease, and to my son Gregg, I bequeath 80 acres, off the East end of the tract of land on which he now resides, upon condition that he pays to my wife the 4/10 of the share she would be entitled to receive out of the estate by the laws of the Commonwealth, and also the sum of $250 seven years after my death. To my son Orr, I bequeath the sum of $1.00 having already advanced him in my lifetime. And to my son Templeton, I bequeath the remainder of the tract of land on which I reside, supposed to contain about 120 acres, upon condition that he pays my just debts, funeral expenses and expenses of settling my Estate together with the 6/10 of the sum bequeathed to my wife and the sums due John R and Chambers, my tow sons named. And to Margaret E. STEWART, Anne STEWART, John Marion STEWART, Sarah STEWART, Mary STEWART, and James Crewsell STEWART, children of my deceased daughter Rebecca I. STEWART, I bequeath each the sum of $41.66 to be paid out of the money to be paid by my son Gregg seven years after my decease. All the sum or sums of money due me is to be collected by my Executor and paid to my son Templeton for his assistance in paying my just debts and the several sums which I have enjoined on him to pay. And I do hereby constitute and appoint James RILEY, Executor of this my last will and testament.
