Peas Dolby Clarion County, Pennsylvania LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of Margaret J. Dolby, widow. All that I possess in the worldI hereby bequeath to my nephew, Amos P. Dolby, as his sole and absolute proberty, and I name him, the said Amos P. Dolby, executor of this my Last Will and Testament. WITNESS my hand and seal this 5th day of October, 1917, Margret J. Hays, register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration, in and for the county of Clarion, personally came Avis Sharrow & Helen Dolby the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Will, who being duly sworn according to law say they were present and saw and heard Margaret J. Dolby deceased, the Testatrix therein named sign seal, publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for her Last Will and Testament, and at the time of so doing she was of sound mind, memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge and belief -Avis Sharrow -Hellen Dolby Sworn and subscribed before me this 12the day of January A.D. 1917 -F.D. The Petition of Amos P.Dolby respectfully showeth that he is the executor named in the last will and Testament of Margaret J. Dolby dated the 5the day of October A.D. 1917. The said decedent was a resident of Clarion County, State of Pennsylvania, and departed this life at his residence in Clarion in the County lof Clarion and State of Pennsylvania, on the 7th day of January A.D. 1918 , at 6 o’clock P.M. The said testatrix was possessed of personal property to the value of $1900.00 and of real estate (less incumbrances) to the valueof $nothing as near as can be ascertained, situated as follows: Money in bank and some small items of personal property. Therefore the said Amos P. Dolby whose P.O. is Clarion, PA, respectfully applies for Probate of the said last Will and Testament and for Letters of Testamentary thereon. Dolby deceased, and in all respects perform their duty as appraisers to the best of their skil and judgment. Whereas, Margaret J. Dolby late of Clarion Boro, in the county of Clarion and State of Pennsylvania, died on lthe 7th day of January 1918, seized and possessed of an estate subject ot collateral inheritance tax under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Therefore, I F.D. Hays, Register of wills of the said County, do hereby appoint E.C. Fallon, of Clarion PA, appraiser, to make a fair and conscionable appraisement of said estate, and to assess and fix the cash value of all annuities and life estates growing out of said estate. Fallon, by me duly appointed appraiser, to fix the value of the estate of Margaret J. Dolby, deceased, who being duly sworn according to law, deposes and says that the will, without prejudice or partiality, make a fair and conscionable appraisement of the said estate, and assess and fix the cash value of all annuities and life estates growing out of said estate at the market value, as of date of death of decedent, for the purpose of ascertaining the amount of collateral inheritance tax due upon lthe same.
