Dolby I, Charles I. Dolby of Millcreek Township, Clarion County, Pennsylvania, hereby make this my last Will and Testament, revoking all former wills. FIRST: I direct that all of my just debts and funeral expenses and the expenses of my estate first be paid. SECOND: I authorize and direct my Executor to sell all real and personal property owned by me. THIRD: I direct that my estate, after payment of all debts and expenses, be divided equally among my children and Marvin Ace, son of Blanch Dolby. Marvin Ace is to receive the same share as each of the children. FOURTH: I constitute and appoint Amos Dolby of Clarion, Pennsylvania, Executor of this Will; and if he should not survive me or should be unable to act as Executor or to continue to act as Executor, I constitute and appoint Grace M. Cofey of Franklin, Pennsylvania, Executrix of this Will, both to serve without bond. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, Charles I. dolby, have herunto set my hand and seal to this my last Will and Testament this 2nd day of September, 1964. Charles I. Boyd and Evelyn J. Theiss the subscribing witnesses to the the foregoing Will, who being duly sworn according to law say they were present and saw and heard Charles I. dolby deceased, the Testator therein named sign and seal, publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his Last Will and Testament, and at the time of so doing he was of sound mind and memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge and belief.
