B. Kuhn This DEED, made the 9th day of June in the year Nineteen hundred and eleven. Between Keturah Pearce & G. W. Pearce, her husband Lillie Williams & Jesse Williams her husband, of Utahville, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania Mead Matthews & his wife of Allmansville, Samuel Matthews & his wife of Barnesboro, Cambria Co., Pa. Morris Matthews & his wife of Clearfield, Clearfield County, Penna. Wade Mathews & his wife of Spangler, Cambria County, Parties of the first part. and G. B. Kuhn of Clearfield, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, party of the second part. Witnesseth, That in consideration of One Thousand Dollars, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said grantors, do hereby grant and convey to the said grantee, all that certain lot of land situated in the Borough of Clearfield, County of Clearfield and state of Pennsylvania, and bounded and described as follows, viz: Beginning at a post on Nichols Street, a corner of lot of C. A. Nelson, thence South along his lot one hundred and forty (140) feet to a ten foot alley, thence West along said alley forty five (45) feet to place of beginning, being known as lot No. twenty one (21) in the division into lots made by Mary H. Brown of a part of a larger tract of land known as Purpart No. two (2) in the estate of Jonathan Nichols, deceased: (For fuller recital of title see deed from said Mary H. Brown and Elam W. her husband, to Joseph E. Gearhart, dated Sept. 9th, A. D. 1892, and recorded in Clearfield County Pa. in Deed Book No. 104, page 471) Being the same premises Mary H. Brown and Elam W. her husband by Deed dated July 1st, 1902, and recorded at Clearfield Pa. in Deed Book No. 127, page 3, conveyed to Anna E. Haney Grantor herein, reference being thereunto had will more fully and at large appear. Being the same premises which Anna E. Haney and J. L. Haney her husband conveyed to Elizabeth E. Mathew (deceased) by their Deed dated April 6th, A. D. 1903, and recorded in the office for the recording of Deeds in and for Clearfield County in Deed Book No. 133 page 66. Reference being thereunto had will more fully and at large appear. Together with all and singular, the buildings, improvements, woods, ways, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging, or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and of every part and parcel thereof and also all the estate right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, whatsoever, both in law and equity of the said parties of the first part, in, and to the said premises, with appurtenances. To have and to hold the said premises with all and singular, the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever. And the said grantors, do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said grantee, that they, the grantors their heirs, executors and administrators Shall and will warrant and forever defend the herein above described premises, with the hereditaments and appurtenances, unto the said grantee, his heirs and assigns, against the said grantor, and against every other person lawfully claiming or who shall hereafter claim the same or any part thereof. Pearce, her husband and Lillian Williams & Jesse Williams, her husband and acknowledged the foregoing Deed to be their act and deed and desired the same to be recorded as such.
