Mr. Fisher, employed by the Pennsylvania railroad company at GY tower, three miles west of this city, and who resides near that place, was struck in the right wrist by a sharp piece of steel late yesterday afternoon, almost severing a large artery and causing heavy loss of blood. Dr. Davis A. Hogue dressed the injury.
