Albert, 88, of Madera died Friday, April 30, 2004, at Clearfield Hospital. Born Sept. 15, 1915, in Osceola Mills, he was the son of Clyde and Nora (Weston) Albert. Mr. Albert was a salesman for Roberts Motors, Philipsburg, retiring in 1988. He was Presbyterian by faith. He was a member of Osceola Mills Masonic Lodge No. 515 F. & A.M. He is survived by a son Robert Dee Albert and his wife Gail, of Palm Coast, Fla., a granddaughter, Mrs. Allen (Kara) Hicks, a great-grandson and numerous nieces and nephews. On July 4, 1941, in Spartanburg, N.C., he wed the former Maxine Miles, who preceded him in death, Sept 6, 2003. Mr. Albert was the last of his generation having been preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and two brothers, Edward and Donald. Funeral services will be held at Kruise Home Inc. Madera, Wednesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Thomas A. McCoy officiating. Interment will be at Alexander Cemetery, Madera. Masonic services will be performed by Osceola Mills Masonic Lodge No. 515 F. & A. M. Tuesday at 8 p.m. at the funeral home. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to American cancer Society, 119 E. Market St., Clearfield, PA. 16830, or the Presbyterian Church, Madera, PA. 16661
