She was born September 29, 1912 in Houtzdale, a daughter of the late Robert and Catherine (Crago) Sinclair. She was a member of New Hope Christian Fellowship Church in Houtzdale where she served as the church organist, Sunday school teacher and choir member. She was also a member of the Order of Eastern Star. She retired from Sahlaney Furniture Store after more than 50 years of employment. She married Charles Allsopp who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Judith, a sister Rena Roberts and three brothers: William, Russell and Howard. She is survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be at Birger A. Freeberg Funeral Home Inc., Houtzdale on Friday, November 6 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Andrew Jerome. Interment at I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Brisbin. Visitation is at the Birger A. Freeberg Funeral Home on Friday from noon to 2 p.m. Donations are requested to the New Hope Christian Fellowship Church, West Hanna St., Houtzdale, Pa. 16651.
