Arnold N.T. Arnold, one of the best known lawyers in Ridgway, and one of the wealthiest men of this section of the country, died at his home in Ridgway Saturday afternoon, the result of stomach trouble, with which he had been troubled for some time. Mr. Arnold was one of the prominent men in the development of the coal lands in Clearfield and Elk counties, being identified with many companies. He was interested in many of the industries of Ridgway and also owned considerable real estate. The palatial home of Mr. Arnold in Ridgway, is one of the sights of that place. It is built in Tennessee marble and stands on a hill where its beauty shows to great advantage. Mr. Arnold was known to be wealthy to the extent that his fortune is not stated.
