 Raftsman's journal. (Clearfield, Pa.): November 14, 1855
In Pike Township this County, on Sunday morning the 4th inst., at the residence of
her son-in-law, R. Ross, Mrs Isabella Hartshorn in the 84th year of her age. Mrs. H.
was among the first settlers who came to this County, having moved here in 1805 and
endured many privations incident to a new country. Her remains were interred on
Monday evening along side of her husband who died in 1821.
