He was 86 years old. Coroner Erhard of Currwensville made a routine examination. Brought to America from Wales by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Harris, he settled in Houtzdale. Sixty-five years ago he moved to DuBois during the lumbering boom. Later he became an employee of the B.R. & P. and B. & O. railroads where he remained until his retirement in 1934 at the age of 80. Mr. Harris was married twice. His second wife, Katheryn died in 1932. He is survived by a daughter and son, Mrs. Fred Ives of Kalamazoo, Mich., and Robert of DuBois, as well as 19 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held this afternoon at 2 in the Paul J. Short Funeral Chapel with burial in the Greenwood Cemetery.
