Herrington, of Osceola, died at the Altoona hospital yesterday morning at 11:05 o'clock, of Bright's disease. He had been a patient at the institution for the past seven weeks. He was the son of James T., and Mary (deceased) Herrington, and was born at Osceola on August 28, 1873. He was a member of the Presbyterian church and is survived by his father, one brother, Howard J., of Osceola, and these sisters: Mrs. William Obrien and Mrs. Howard Gartner, both of Tyrone; Mrs. Robert E. Taylor, of Osceola, and Miss Eva Herrington, of Altoona. The remains were taken to his late home for internment.
