Word was received here last Friday that Sophie, the seven-year-old daughter of 
Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Jansen of Haverstraw, N.Y., had died from burns received 
recently while playing about a fire with other children.  She was a grand-
daughter of Dr. and Mrs. J.H. Kline of this place, and the doctor left on the 
noon train to attend the funeral.
