Clearfield Progress
OSCEOLA MILLS-John R. Jaskowak, 60, of 721 Hale St.,Osceola Mills, died 
Saturday at the Philipsburg State General Hospital.
Born in Osceola Mills, August 24, 1912, he was the son of Alex and Mary 
(Witosky)Jaskowak. Mr. Jaskowak was employed by the Philipsburg-Osceola Area 
School District as a custodian.
He was married to the former Annie Osewalt, who survives along with the 
following children: Mrs. Arnold (Shirley)Reams, Morann;John E. Jaskowak, 
Osceola Mills; Thomas L., Bellefonte; James, Erie and Nancy at home.
Eleven grandchildren and these brothers and sisters also survive: Frank, 
Osceola Mills;Thomas, Racine Wisconsin;Mrs. Martha Gemerick, Akron,Ohio; 
Leonard, Jackson Center,Pa; Mrs. Francine LeCorre, Osceola Mills.
Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Tuesday from the Heath Funeral Home 
with the Rev. Dale A. Dykstra offciating. Interment will be in Umbria Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home this evening and until time of 
services Tuesday.

Additional Comments:
Known as Jack. Found this Obit in an old photo album belonging to my parents.
Jack and his family were good friends. Exact month and day of death and 
interment is unknown. Source: suspect Clearfield Progress as my parents 
subscibed to the paper after they had moved out of state.
