CLEARFIELD PROGRESS, Clearfield, PA, March 30, 1951

CLAYE M. KNEPP

MINERAL SPRINGS - Claye M. Knepp, age 49, died at his home here suddenly 
Thursday, March 29 at 1:45 p.m.

Mr. Knepp was born February 23, 1902, a son of Roy A. Knepp and 
the late Irene Knepp.

Surviving him are his wife, Myrtle Knepp, and the following children:  
Jean and Carol Ann, at home; Pvt. Melvin Duane of the U. S. Army, Ft. 
Benning, Ga.; Richard, Erie; and Mrs. Jack Cochrane, Curwensville.

Two grandchildren and his father also survive along with the following 
brothers and sisters:  Mrs. Ashley Rowles, Glenn and Edward, Mineral 
Springs; Mrs. Lewis Gaylor, Clearfield and Clinton, Clearfield.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m.  Rev. David B. Reams of 
Woodland Methodist Church will officiate and interment will be made in 
the Centre Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Nicholson Funeral Home Friday evening, Saturday, 
and until time of the services on Sunday.
