George F. Korb, the well known DuBois resident who was so seriously injured 
when he fell from a wagon on Saturday afternoon, died Tuesday morning at 7:40 
at the home of his brother, Tobias Korb, of Chestnut Grove, where the accident 
occurred.  Mr. Korb's back was broken, his ribs were smashed and he sustained 
internal injuries. His condition was such that little hope was entertained for
his recovery and he passed away. A coincidence in connection with the death of 
Mr. Korb is the fact that a brother of his, Jacob Korb, also a resident of 
Brady township, died as the result of a broken back, sustained when he was run 
over by a wagon.  This accident occurred nine years ago.
