Clearfield Progress, 4-2-1973
CURWENSVILLE - Leslie R. Lawhead, 26, Curwensville, died yesterday at his 
home.  Born in Clearfield May 22, 1946, he was a son of Robert and Marie 
(Ball) Lawhead.  
He was employed as a pharmacist and was graduated fro Jupiter High School in 
Jupiter, Fla., and the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy.  He is 
survived by his wife, Mary, his mother of Hyde; a sister, Mrs. Harry (Claire) 
White, Plantation Fla.; and two brothers; Robert Lawhead, Clearfield, and 
William Lawhead, Hyde.  
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday from the Bennett Funeral 
Home, Clearfidld.  The Rev. William Olson will officiate.  Interment will be 
in the Centre Cemetery.  
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow and until time 
of services Thursday.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the 
Heart Fund.  

Additional Comments:
Les spent his last year of high school in 1964 in Jupiter FL.  If he had 
stayed in Clearfield, he would have graduated in the class of 1964 with all 
his many friends.
