The deceased had been ailing for some time and his death was not unexpected. He was a brother of Robert and Frank, deceased, and Zebulum, who is the only surviving brother. He leaves a widow and seven adult children to mourn the loss of a kind husband and father. He was a consistent member of the Centre M.E. church, and in the cemetery there he was laid to rest on Monday afternoon, his pastor, Rev. E.H.Witman, conducting the funeral service. Additional Comments: Nathan was the son of Nathan and Catherine Ludwig(Ludwick) from Lancaster County, PA. His wife was the former Asceneth Bailey 1830-1900. They had a total of ten children who were: Hannah Julia 1852- ?1910, Lafayette 1854-1932, Harry Franklin 1855-, Elizabeth Ann 1857-, Lydia Evaline 1860-, Mary Ada 1861- , Zachariah Bailey 1864-1939, Ella Blanche 1865-, Jennie E. 1869-1946, George Wallenstein 1872-1953.
