October 6, 1932 Clearfield Progress  
Mrs. Mary Ann Lines who died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mary McKendrick, 
in Bloom Twp., Saturday evening October 1st at 9:30 o'clock was born November 
23, 1836.  A daughter of James A. and Mary Passmore Bloom and was a life long 
resident of Bloom Township.

She was united in marriage to William A. Lines who preceded her in death 34 
years ago.  To that union 10 children were born, five of whom survive their 
mother, namely, one daughter Mrs. Mary McKendrick of Bloom Twp. with whom Mrs. 
Lines lived for the past 16 years, four sons, Joseph M. of Clearfield, W. 
Atwood of Louisville KY, Lewis B. of Curry Run and M. Wallace of DuBois now 
employed in Salamanca NY.  She is also survived by a number of grandchildren 
and a host of friends who mourn her passing.

Funeral Services were held Tuesday afternoon, October 4th at 2:30 o'clock in 
Chestnut Grove Church with Rev. H.W. Witchey officiating.  Interment in the 
Chestnut Grove Church Cemetery.
