Christopher Manges, an old resident of DuBois, was instantly killed on Monday 
morning at Philipsburg by the collapse of a skating rink that was being 
erected by Messrs. Work & Hoover, the DuBois contractors.  Mr. Hoover had an 
arm broken at the same time.
