Clearfield Progress, March 21, 1968 
CURWENSVILLE - Mrs. Edna Virginia McMasters, 57, wife of Carl McMasters of 
Ridge Avenue, Curwensville, died in the Clearfield Hospital at 2 p.m. 
yesterday, March 20.  She was a member of the Kerr Addition Methodist Church.  
Born at Clearfield Feb. 1, 1911, a daughter of the late Martin E. and Mabel 
(Guelich) Schucker, she is survived, in addition to her husband, by these 
children: Keith, Grampian; Carla, at home; and Richard, Elyria, Ohio.  
 Step-children surviving are: Elva McMasters, Warren; Mrs. R.G. (Pearl) 
Fisher, San Jose, Calif.; and Mrs. Stanley (Mary) Fadness, San Francisco, 
Calif.  Ten grandchildren survive as do the following brothers and sisters: 
Mrs. Loraine Lucas, Lemont, IL; Mrs. Ruth Shaffer, Tacoma, Wash.; Lawrence 
Schucker, Green Acres, Wash.; Mrs. Ralph (Doris) Guelich, Curwensville; and 
Harold Schucker, Mrs. George (Jean) Curtis and Miss Mabel Schucker, all of 
Clearfield.  
 In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a step-son, Perry.  
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Saturday in the Russell H. Lininger 
Funeral Home, Curwensville.  The Rev. Wendell Beal will officiate and 
interment will be in the Centre Cemetery at Hyde.
