MAYADORE S. McMILLEN

Mayadore S. McMillen, 80, of DuBois, formerly of Gipsy and Arcadia, died 
Monday, June 11, 1984, in the DuBois Nursing Home.  A son of Charles S. and 
Margaret Rose McMillen, he was born April 1, 1904, at Gipsy.  Mr. McMillen 
received his teaching certificate from Indiana Normal School and taught 25 
years in Indiana County public schools.  During World War II he was employed 
at Davo Ship Yards at Pittsburgh.  He worked at Cleveland State Hospital 
until his retirement in 1968.  Surviving are a friend, Marion Smith, of 
Brockway; two brothers, William R. of Blairsville and Charles of Fox Chapel; 
several nieces and nephews.  Rairigh Funeral Home, Hillsdale were in charge 
of arrangements, services will be held by Rev. Ivan C. Fetterman.  Interment 
will be in Rowley Cemetery, Hillsdale.
