Clearfield Progress   4/16/1915 

The funeral of Mrs. Rosa Pellertti, who was found dead at Woodland Wednesday 
morning, will be held at the St. Catholic church, Clearfield, tomorrow morning 
at 9 o'clock.  Rev. Father Ryan officiating. Interment will be made in the 
Catholic cemetery. The expenses attending the funeral will be borne by her 
brother-in-law, her cousin and a few of her friends.

Clearfield Progress April 17, 1955

Joseph Pellereti, held for a hearing as a result of the death by violence
of his wife, Mrs. Rosa Pellereti, at Woodland, was taken before 'Squire
Chorpening this morning.  Three witnesses were examined and the evidence given 
by them was such as to warrant the 'squire in holding Pellereti without bail 
for court on the charge of murder. The prisoner was returned to the county 
jail.  He will be defended by W. Clark Miller and William I. Swoope, Esqs.  The 
funeral of the murdered woman was held this morning.
