BROCKWAY (PA) RECORD, November 30, 1988

ANTHONY L. PETRUZZI, 63, of 548 Broad St., Brockway, passed away Sunday, Nov. 
27, 1988, at the DRMC West.

The son of Angelo and Mary DePoncean Petruzzi, he was born Dec. 6, 1924 at 
Brockway.

Mr. Petruzzi was the self-employed owner of Petruzzi Insurance Agency and was 
tax collector for the Borough of Brockway for the past 27 years. He was also a 
real estate broker and had been a former Justice of the Peace for 12 years.

He was a member of St, Tobias Church; the Knights of Columbus, S.O.I.; 
Professional Insurance Agents Association and Independent Insurance Agents 
Association.

Survivors include his wife Mary Ann Lancaster Petruzzi; a son Anton at home; a 
daughter Regina at home; his mother Mary Petruzzi Lionetti, Brockway; and a 
brother, David Petruzzi, Brockway.

Friends were received at the Carlson Funeral Home, where the Rosary was 
recited at 3:30 p.m. and a Vigil Service held at 8:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian 
Burial was held at 9 a.m. Tuesday, at St. Tobias Church with Msgr. Louis J. 
Heberlein and the Rev. George Adams officiating.

Burial took place at the St. Tobias Cemetery.
