Clearfield Progress   4/15/1915
David Phillips, who was employed by the Witmer-Steele Co. at this place died at 
the Clearfield hospital this morning. Last Friday, Mr. Phillips fell from a 
scaffold a distance of 18 feet, fracturing his skull.  He was taken to the 
hospital, but never regained consciousness.
