REECE - Abner Reece, a farmer residing near Clearfield, did not 
live happily with his second wife, and so, instead of giving her 
a good horse whipping he went out to his barn on Friday last and 
hanged himself. He left a note behind charging his wife with the 
responsibility of his death.
