Clearfield Progress, Sept 8, 1966
Charles F. Rogers - Funeral services for Charles F. Rogers, 89 year-old 
Clearfiled resident who died in his home Wednesday morning, will be held at 2 
p.m. tomorrow from the Bennett Funeral Home.  The Rev. Oliver H.R.Krapf will 
officiate, with interment in Hillcrest Cemetery.  Friends will be received in 
the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today and until the hour of service 
tomorrow.  

He was a member of Trinity Methodist Church at Clearfield, a member of the 
Men's Bible Class 15 of the church and a charter member of the No. 2 Hose Co. 
at Clearfield.  Born at Clearfield March 1, 1877, a son of the late Calvin C. 
and Emma Lawhead Rogers, he is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Harold (Isobel) 
Fuhrer of Clearfield.  Three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren also 
survive.  He was a retired automobile mechanic.
