Departed on Sep. 28, 2006 and resided in Clearfield, PA. 

Visitation: Sunday Oct. 1, 2006

Jeanne K. Ross, 80, of Clearfield died on Thursday, September 28, 2006 at her 
residence. 

She was born in 1926 in Danbury, CT, a daughter of the late Joseph and Anna 
(Mellilo) Tomanio. 

Mrs. Ross was the secretary and bookkeeper for several years at her family's 
automobile business, the former Ross Buick, Inc., Clearfield. 
She was a member of the St. Francis Roman Catholic Church, Clearfield for 55 
years where she was a member of the church choir, the Rosary and Altar 
Society, the Catholic Daughters of America Court #498 and a hospitality 
minister. In addition, she was a member of the Clearfield Woman's Club, the 
Clearfield Lions Club, the Coderie Club and the Clearfield Hospital Auxiliary. 
She was also a hospital volunteer for the past ten years. 

She is survived by three children, Charles J. Ross and wife JoAnn of 
Clearfield, Andrew J. Ross, Jr. and wife Annjane of Clearfield, Annette Ross 
Forcey and husband Terry of Woodland; five grandchildren, Brant Forcey and 
wife Melissa, Ross Forcey and wife Danielle, Christopher Ross and fiance 
Melanie, Andrew Ross and Jonathan Ross; 7 great-grandchildren; a brother and 
two sisters, Anthony Tomanio, Connie LaBarbera and JoAnne Price, all of 
Connecticut; and several nieces and nephews. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew 
J. Ross, Sr., on July 21, 1998 and whom she married June 2, 1947 in Danbury, 
CT, and a grandson Aaron J. Ross on October 8, 2003. 

Mass of Christian Burial will be said at the St. Francis Catholic Church, 
Clearfield on Monday at 10:00 A.M. with Msgr. H. Desmond McGee, Jr. as 
celebrant. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Clearfield. 

Friends will be received at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on 
Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM and Monday 9-9:30 AM. 

A Christian vigil service will be held at the funeral home Sunday at 1:45 PM. 

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Saint Francis 
Church or St. Francis Educational Endowment Fund, 212 South Front Street, 
Clearfield PA 16830 or Clearfield Foundation for Health - Hospice, PO Box 992, 
Clearfield PA 16830.
