MRS. SARAH L. SMITH

  Mrs. Sarah Leonard Smith died at her home near Utahville at 3 o'clock on 
Wednesday afternoon.  Her brother, W. C. Leonard, of 609 Ninth street, 
preceded her to the grave just five days, dying at his home last Friday 
evening.  Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband, Josiah Smith, and nine 
children - Mrs. Henry Krite, of Rochester, N.Y.; Mrs. Harry Youngkins, of 
Tyrone; Mrs. Margaret Mitchell, of Rochester, N.Y.; Mrs. Elizabeth Baer, of 
Glen Hope; John and Clyde, of Pittsburg, and Walter, Harry and Joseph, at 
home.  She is also survived by a brother and sister.  The funeral will be 
held this afternoon, with interment in Charlottesville cemetery, Tipton.
