The Clearfield Progress March 12 1937 pg 7
William Stanley born in Ginter May 23,1874 died at age 62 and 9 months. 
Married twice, first to Miss Bertha Lovell in 1899 who died several years 
later. In 1907 he married Miss Sara Boyce who survives today with two sons and 
two daughters, namely Martha of Hollidaysburg, Ethel and John at home and 
William,Jr of Ferndale. Two grandsons, two brothers and a sister survive 
Benjamin and George Stanley of Ginter and Mrs. M.L. Matthew of Clearfield. 
Life-long resident of Ginter, member and trustee of the Ginter Baptist Church 
and member of the Ramey Grange. Carpenter by trade Services were held in the 
home March 10th, Rev. Nevin Korbin of Kylertown and Rev. Gerald Goss assisted. 
Interment: IOOF Cemetery at Brisbin, Brisbin, Clearfield, Pa.
