Nannie Mae Traister Nannie Mae Traister, 86, of 229 Mullen St., Curwensville, died in the Clearfield Hospital at 1:25 a.m. today. She was born in Clearfield County, Feb. 29, 1888, a daughter of George and Alvaretta (Thompson) Strickland. She was a member of the Curwensville United Presbyterian Church. These children survive: Mrs. Helen Shaw, Mrs. Olive Kierstad, Mrs. Freeman (Louise) Dale and Edward, Curwensville; and Richard, Glen Richey. Twelve grandchildren and 37 greatgrandchildren also survive, as do two brothers: George Strickland, Canton, Ohio and Roy Strickland, Manistee, Mich. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank in 1952, and a son Frank Jr. in 1970. Five brothers and two sisters are also deceased. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday from the Russell H. Lininger Funeral Home. The Rev. Dayle Dickey will officiate. Interment will be in Crown Crest Memorial Park.
