The deceased had been ill with typhoid fever in a Pittsburg hospital until a couple weeks ago when she had sufficiently recovered to return home. A few days ago she caught a severe cold which on account of her weakened condition resulted in her death. Her remains were taken to New Washington, Clearfield county, for interment on Thursday afternoon.
