Suddenly and unexpectedly a devoted wife and four young and lovely children are be- reaved of the head and pride of the family, and neighbors are called to pay the last trib- ute of respect to one they knew but to love. Surrounded bg all that his heart desired, this amiable man went to rest as the wearied child to his slumber. He had taken no part in the busy and active affairs of life; his disposition and temperament led him to seek enjoyment at the fireside and in the social circle - there his affable conduct and lovely qualities made him shine, and knit his friends to him by indis- soluble bonds. In all the relations of life his conduct was marked with frankness, honesty, and good humor. Aught never ruffled his brow; a harsh expression rarely escaped his lips. He was for years a consistent church member. "The soul of origin divine, God's glorious image freed from clay, In heaven's eternal sphere shall shine A star of day." Additional Comments: The obituary spelled his surname as "Wrigglesworth" instead of Wriglesworth The "bg" was a typo in the original obituary. iI should have been "by".
