BROCKWAY (PA) RECORD, February 7, 1975
James R. Waite, 40, of Falls Creek RD 1, died Thursday, Jan. 30, 1975 in the 
DuBois Hospital following an extended illness.
Mr. Waite was born July 21, 1934 in DuBois the son of Blair and Mary Holt 
Waite. He was married to Diane Inzana who survives. He was formerly employed 
by the Elmer Hallstrom Construction Company and a veteran of the J. E. DuBois 
Hose Company No. 3. Members of the Hose Company paid their tribute to Mr. 
Waite in a body at the James H. Luther Funeral Home.
Surviving besides his widow are two daughters, Pamela and Mary Jo, a son 
James, Jr. all at home and his father, Blair Waite of DuBois.
Other family survivors are five sisters, Mrs. Berna Hepburn, Mrs. Ruth Wyant, 
Arlie Waite, and Connie Waite all of DuBois, and Mrs. Ina Frantz of 
Troutville. Two brothers, Harold of DuBois and Edson of Dayton, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Saturday from the James H. Luther Funeral 
Home, DuBois with the Rev. William Boulier officiating. Interment followed in 
the Beechwoods Cemetery.
