SHIRLEY J. WALK 

  Shirley J. Walk, 68, of 95 Walk Lane, Mineral Springs, PA died 
Thursday, March 18, 2004 at 8:54 a.m., at the DuBois Regional Medical 
Center, West DuBois, PA.
  She was born February 24, 1936 in Munson, PA to the late William and 
Mary Havran Fishburn. 
  She was a member of the Spring Valley United Methodist Church. Her 
occupation was as a house wife. She graduated from the Morrisdale High 
School Class of 1953. 
  She was married to Frank Walk, Jr., on February 19, 1955 in West 
Decatur, PA. 
  She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Clara 
Conklin. 
  Daughters include: Cynthia Evans and her husband, Russell of Munson; 
Lorri Gearhart and her husband, Thomas of Mineral Springs; Debra Shaw 
of Philipsburg; Denise Way and her husband, Tim of Wallecton, PA and 
Darlene Beveridge and her husband, Douglas of Osceola Mills.
  Sons include: Frank Walk of Woodland, PA; Daniel Walk and his wife, 
Carol of Mineral Springs and Douglas Walk and his wife, Toby of Mineral 
Springs.
  Sisters include: Alice Fishburn of Pittsburgh and Esther Schwab of 
Pittsburgh.
  Also surviving are 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
  The funeral is scheduled for Monday, March 22, 2004 at 11 a.m., at 
the Heath Funeral Home, Osceola Mills, with Pastor Thomas Irvin 
officiating. The place of burial will be at Spring Valley Cemetery, 
Spring Valley, West Decatur, PA. Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, 
March 21, 2004 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
