CLEARFIELD PROGRESS, Clearfield, PA, May 28, 1974

Mrs. Mildred G. Zimmerman

Mrs. Mildred G. Zimmerman, 73, of Montgomery Run Road, Clearfield R. D., 
died in the Clearfield Hospital at 2:30 a.m. Monday, May 27.  She was 
the widow of James A. Zimmerman.

Mrs. Zimmerman was born at Philipsburg Dec. 2, 1900, a daughter of George 
G. and Anna E (Mumper) Evans.

Surviving are four daughters:  Mrs. Ruth Cromie, Drexel Hill; Mrs. Mary 
L. Miles, Hyde; Mrs. Patricia Rowles, Hamilton, Mont.; and Mrs. Martha Smeal, 
Morrisdale R. D.; two sons:  Harold, Clearfield, and Donald Zimmerman, Elmira 
R.D.; and 23 grandchildren.

Also surviving are three sisters and two brothers, all of Clearfield:  Miss 
Mary Evans, Miss Ruth Evans, Mrs. Florence Arnold, Charles and Harold Evans.


Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. from the Bennett Funeral Home
with the Rev. George Culver officiating.  Interment will be in Centre Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 
until time of services Wednesday.
