DUBOIS COURIER, DuBois, PA, August 31, 1936
   MR. AND MRS. ULYSSES G. BUNDY, of Penfield, had a Golden Wedding, Friday, 
August 28, 1936 at the Grange Hall there. Relatives and friends numbered 87 
was present to express their sentiments. He was 72 years of age and she was 
70. They had two children, only one of whom survived: Rev. Morris Bundy of 
Penfield. A daughter, Clonnie, died at age 11. Also living to celebrate with 
her grandparents was Miss Florence Bundy of Penfield.

Ulysses Grant Bundy Dies At Penfield
     Ulysses Grant Bundy, aged 76 passed away at his home at Penfield at 5:30 
o'clock Friday morning following ai (sic) illness which has extended over a 
period of the past three years.  Death was due to heart condition.
     The deceased was born at Sabula May 26, 1864, the son of Mr. and Mrs. 
James Bundy.  He was a lifelong resident of the Bennett's Valley section and 
his death will be learned with regret by a large number of friends.
     He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ella Bundy, one son, Morris, and a 
granddaughter, Florence Smith.
     Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the 
Penfield Presbyteriai (sic) church, conducted by Rev. A. A. Bird.  Interment 
will be made in the Mt. Pleasant cemetery.  The body now rests at the home 
where it may be viewed by friends.
