RPPC. The mill was started in 1884 by John DuBois. It manufactured hemlock 
lumber; the hemlock bark was used in the tanning of leather. PC stamped 
Austin, PA, Jul 16 1906, and Roaring Branch, PA July 17, 1906.  Sent to: Miss 
Margaret Rauscher, Roaring Branch, PA.  One cent stamp.
