Arabella Ball Neff was born October 26, 1860 in Beccaria Twp., Clearfield 
County, PA and died June 7, 1936 in probably Westover, PA.  About 1887 she 
married John L. Neff 1852-1945.  Their children were Blair, Ralph, Mabel, and 
Helen.  Picture may have been in the 1920's or early 1930's.
