AFFADAVIT OF DEATH
State of Pennsylvania
County of Clearfield: SS
     Personally appeared before me W. T. De Haar Register for the Probate of 
Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for said county,  Alton 
Kephart, who being duly sworn according to law, doth depose and say that 
Abraham Kephart late of Woodward Tp, said county, deceased, died at his home 
on or about Saturday, the 12 day of Sept A.D. 1908 at 7 o’clock PM of said 
day, to the best of his knowledge and belief.
