I, Charles Wesley Wasson hereby certify that on the First day of February One 
Thousand Nine hundred and Twelve at Juniata, Pa, Clair Randyl Kuhn and 
Elizabeth E. Kephart were by me united in marriage in accordance with license 
issued by clerk of the Orphan's Court of Blair County, Pa. 19542.

Consent to the Marriage of a Child or Ward
I, James Kephart residing at Winburne, Pa. do certify that I am the Father of 
Elizabeth E. Kephart residing at Winburne, Pa. who is now 18 years of age, 
that I have been informed of the intended marriage of my said daughter to 
Clair Kuhn, and hereby consent to said marriage.
